SOAG is a cooperative fine art gallery operated by our members from the Finger Lakes region of New York. We have two juried shows each year, an invited guests show, and many shows by our members. For Seeing Ithaca, members and their guests will creatively interpret that theme. Opening night: August 4 th , 5–8 pm
This exhibit, A Season of Ithaca, will feature portraits of locations in and around the city of Ithaca by Carlton Manzano. Carlton works outdoors, creating representational work predominantly of urban settings in oils on board or canvas. Opening night: August 4 th , 5–8 pm
To reflect the Cherry’s roots in the performing arts, the Cherry Gallery will showcase the history of Ithaca’s performing artists and works. They approached the members of Ithaca’s performing arts community and asked them to contribute between 1–6 photographs from their organization’s historical archive which feature Ithaca and Ithaca-based performers. Opening night: August 4 th , 5–8 pm
