If you are unhappy with your purchase, I can issue refunds for items that you feel have been misrepresented (less shipping charges). In the case of items that are lost or damaged by shipping, I will gladly replace the item after the damaged item is sent back to me. If you would like a refund, please let me know within 5 business days of receiving your item and send the item back in the same packaging. I will issue the refund (less shipping charges) as soon as i receive the item.
Weekly shipments are made after payment is received for your order.
Items are shipped first class via USPS with insurance and tracking. If you'd like your tracking #, I can send that to you. If you are ordering more than one item I can combine the shipping cost and will issue you a refund for the difference.
