Post-audit we crafted a UX strategy that balanced the unique objectives of communicating an earth-changing message of possibility, educating the user on the concept and technology behind carbon conversion, and presenting the very different product offerings created as outputs of carbon conversion to the appropriate audiences, with coherent but differing conversion paths.
