Following two years of virtual conferences, I am delighted to announce that the annual SFI Science Summit will take place as a hybrid event on Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd of November 2022, with the theme ’Working together, empowering ideas’ .
This year’s SFI Summit will deliver an exciting programme of keynotes, panel discussions and workshops to provide insights on our collective research achievements and strategic direction. Professor of Pharmaceutical Nanoscience at University College London, Prof Ijeoma Uchegbu , will deliver a keynote on her work in the area of drug delivery and nanotechnology. We will have updates on current and new programmes, including the National Challenge Fund, and will also explore themes such as evidence for policy,
Representatives of our research community, research offices and key stakeholders will be invited directly to attend the event taking place at the Limerick Strand Hotel . We are delighted to also offer an online live-streamed option to facilitate those unable to attend in-person, and to enable postdoctoral researchers, PhD students and other team members to join us virtually.
