The new CDC masking guidelines that were recently updated to say fully vaccinated people do not need to wear a mask specifically excludes healthcare settings. Furthermore, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) guidelines for health care workers still require masks in all health care settings. COA recommends that you wait until CDPH revises its guidelines to change your office mask policy.
