Description: In autumn 2008 Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen presented the Van Beuningen-De Vriese collection of sgraffito earthenware in a truly novel fashion. The artist and media technologist Joachim Rotteveel (1972) applied 3D reconstruction techniques, rapid manufacturing and augmented reality to represent the late medieval earthenware.
