The Company will hire and deploy personnel to provide advisory and assistance services, technical assessments, cost analysis, as well as project management support to ensure accurate, efficient, and consistent recovery operations. SHEL-TARN CORPORATION and FLUOR will provide support to FEMA in the execution and delivery of the Public Assistance (PA) Program. Due to the re-engineered delivery process for the Public Assistance (PA) Program, entry level employment requires a minimum of two years’ in-field experience with a related college degree or five years’ in-field experience without a college degree for individuals seeking employment under FEMA’s PA TAC IV contract.
