What Is Yoga? Yoga means 'Union'. It is derived from Sanskrit word 'Yog' meaning "to join or to add". Yoga is a complete science of life and is the oldest system for the complete development of body, mind and soul of an individual. Originating in India, more than 5000 years ago, it works on all fronts of life including physical , mental ,spiritual and emotional.
