Signé Toqué includes three restaurants as well as a grocery-counter which all offer distinct experiences to their customers, putting emphasis on seasonal products from small producers. From Toqué!'s gastronomy to the casual vibe of the Brasserie T! restaurants, each location is synonymous with memorable moments.
Chef Normand Laprise and Christine Lamarche became business partners over 25 years ago to open Toqué! Today, they are also the co-owners of the Brasserie T! restaurants and of Beau Mont, restaurant and grocery-counter.
