A fluffy white bread made with unbleached flour. This loaf is great for making toast or just having a slice of fresh bread. Being an airy loaf, it makes a great dipping bread, readily absorbing flavored sauces and oils. It also makes wonderful French Toast as it absorbs the eggs easily, no need to allow the bread to sit in the egg mixture.
Note: It usually takes four to five hours to make the bread due to the rising time of the yeast dough.
These large buns are soft and fluffy. Made with unbleached flour and yeast, they have a great texture and flavor. They are great as dinner rolls, yet solid enough to be used for breakfast or lunch sandwiches.
