I am a German arts manager, artist and geographer based in London. I have graduated with a Joint-PhD in 2019 from King’s College London and Humboldt University Berlin, studying the the relationship between art schools and place.
In 2017 I co-founded London School of Mosaic as a centre of excellence for mosaic and in 2023 we launched The Undercraft , a new creative community based on one of Camden’s most deprived housing estates. Alongside this I volunteer as Secretary of NW3 CLT , a community land tust developing the first community-led housing project in Camden, as well as managing NAFAE which is the UK subject association for fine art educators.
I studied on the BA in Fine Art Painting at Wimbledon College of Art between 2009 and 2012. As the practice/studio-based curriculum drew me closer towards academic learning, I started my studies into human geography at King’s College London, graduating with an MSc in Creative Cities in 2014.
