The goal for Pine Ridge Ranch, LLC. is to efficiently produce Low to Mid Choice beef which has reduced saturated fat as compared to prime beef. Consumers are very concerned about healthy nutrition and heart healthy beef selections. Pine Ridge Simbrah's have been engineered to address the consumers desires for quality beef that is very tender, flavorful and nutritious and free of Beta Agonist and hormone treatment.
