Simplicité (サンプリシテ) 日本語では 「単純な、簡素な」。 ＜簡素さ＞は、美(味)しさの原点であり、終着点。 そして、フランス語では女性名詞です。 古フランス語には 「自然に備わっている正直さ」、「真っ直ぐな誠実さ」 と言う意味が含まれていたそうです。 そうした意味から、＜物に対する率直さ＞＜淀みの無さ＞ つまり＜簡素さ＞は＜誠実な態度＞。 人・食材・料理に対して Simplicité(サンプリシテ)な心であるように という思いを込めて、店名としました。 訪れて頂く皆様に、この思いが伝わりますよう 日々努力して参ります。 オーナーシェフ 相原 薫
