In the summer and winter season the wine bar is always open from 11 o’clock to 24: in practice, 13 hours non-stop. The restaurant is open from 12.00 to 14.30 and from 18.00 to 22.30. After the end of August, Cinzia closes every Wednesday until the beginning of the winter season, i.e. around mid-December. After mid-March, Cinzia closes every Wednesday until the middle of July and the business is closed for holidays during May.
