Soul Collage(R) is intuitive, creative and enjoyable. You paste images (selected by you because they have resonated in your mind or body for some reason) onto 5"x8" cards .. Each card will express a facet of your personality- light or dark - or your life in the world. Through the creation of cards you will learn more about the many, many aspects of yourself that want to be expressed, named and seen. Your deck is a celebration of your Soul. No two decks are the same, each Soul is unique.
Making the cards is fun and non-competitive. It will stir up your creative juices and will surprise you! Naming the cards and allowing them to 'speak' is therapeutic and healing. Soul Collage has only recently arrived in the UK from America where Seena Frost started with it in her therapy practice - at least 20 years ago!
