We are pleased to announce that the Phil Collings Memorial South Downs Stages will run on Saturday 2nd December 2023.
After a very tightly contested rally, with Richard Weaver and James Pink leading all day up to the final stage, Ian Hucklebridge with Oliver co-driving is over the moon to have finally made the top step taking the win by 9 seconds.
