Spotlights specialises in Latin American, Ballroom and Salsa. The Principal Sonia Cable has over 25 years teaching experience through the IDTA and for the past 10 years has specialised in exercise classes for the over 60s. These classes include zumba gold, seated and standing exercises to music, balance classes and pilates.
Spotlights has been established since 1997.
We are currently holding adult ballroom and latin classes on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and have all levels from beginners to advanced.
