We are excited to announce the STARFest 2023 festival lineup, featuring eleven incredible authors in twelve events between September 24 and November 1. We’ve put together an exciting range of authors with an array of books to offer something for audiences of all reading interests. Regular festival goers will be delighted to see some of their festival favourites return with new books, and to discover some amazing new voices, too.
