Some apartments are available for couples. The building has 4 fully equipped kitchens and a communal relaxing area which makes it ideal for a modern student lifestyle. Our tenants can enjoy studying in the quiet and cosy study rooms. There are several onsite laundry rooms with washers and dryers available 24/7.
Rents are charged per person per month and prices are applied if booked for non less than 12 months tenancy agreements. Rents can be paid either fully in advance or in monthly installments. We offer up to 5% discount for paying 12 months rent in advance!
