Sunderland Pilates Studio, established in 2008, and is a fully equipped Pilates studio including Reformers, Tower, Ladder barrel, Chair and more with free parking and is easily accessible via public transport.
Janet runs the studio and comes from a professional dance and fitness background and has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years teaching Pilates for over 15 years and is a Third Generation Lolita Legacy Pilates teacher.
