The Sutton Chorale was formed in 2009 for a tour to Minden in Germany (one of Sutton's twinned towns). Following the success of this tour the choir continued, visiting more of Sutton's other twinned towns, several English Cathedrals, and elsewhere.
The choir's membership is mainly drawn from a number of local church choirs, and we regularly support services in each others' churches and local civic services.
The choir's patron is the Mayor of Sutton, Cllr Muhammad Sadiq.
