With one in three Americans over the age of 60 who will be diagnosed with cancer, there is an enormous and steadily growing demand for information on how to screen, treat, manage, and cure cancer in the older patient. These estimates are more than mere statistics, as they reflect the lives of our parents, grandparents, our own futures, and the futures of our children.
Our nationwide network of community and academic sites provide clinical trial services developed specifically for older adults. A team of multi-specialty medical professionals (including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and more) with an interest in treating and caring for older adults with cancer work collaboratively to achieve these goals.
