Rational Agents are rational
As a starting point, it’s useful to replace our usage of the term AI with ‘Rational Agent’. There are certainly other approaches and philosophies from linguistics and cognitive science etc. But a Rational Agent is the most reasonable to use in designing practical applications for business settings.
