The Beast of Nod is a technical/progressive death metal band located in the Bay Area, CA, U.S.A. An extensive set of sci-fi lore, with nearly 100 named characters and species, accompanies the group’s releases and can be found in the illustrated encyclopedia here .
On March 29, 2021 the group released the full-length concept album Multiversal . The album can be purchased in our webstore and on Bandcamp , and is available on all major streaming services. The group has also released a critically acclaimed full-length Vampira: Disciple of Chaos (2018), a short compilation EP Cephalopod of Doom (2018), and a collaborative chiptune EP (2020).
