The Garden Grant is an arts grant for experimental projects by diverse, multidisciplinary creatives. W e believe that whimsy is vital, and we welcome broad and varied definitions of art. The Garden Grant supports beautiful ideas for clearly-defined, short-term projects by individuals (not organizations), and we do not require applicants to be 501(c)(3) nonprofits to apply.
We want to see art as expressions of joy; art as activism; art as civic engagement.
The less traditional your idea, the better.
