Our state-of-the-art hot yoga facility uses Scandinavian heating and ventilation technology, to create an environment where heat and humidity is controlled and optimized to perfection. A flow rate of 20 litres of fresh air per person and second, for an occupancy of 50 people, means the air is always fresh and full of oxygen.
We are famous for our supportive, diverse and inclusive community. No one ever really feels out of place at The Hot Room Leeds. Your general level of fitness or flexibility won’t ever be judged or sneered at. It’s not unusual to hear more than five languages spoken in the changing rooms, and our studio has long been popular with the LGBT community. So no one ever needs to feel like “the odd one out” in our warm and friendly studio.
