The Lane Organization was founded by Clifford Lane and his son Matthew. Focusing on unique lifestyle hotels, The Lane Organization enters in to cities to create assets that become beacons of their neighborhood and assimilate to their locations while standing out amongst the competition. Our belief in making great architecture partnered seamlessly with interior design, guides our practice and we are proud to have delivered exceptional projects and excellent returns since our inception.
In addition to being President of The Lane Organization, Mr. Lane continues to hold positions in various companies that he has been involved with over the last 30 years. He is currently Chairman of the Board ILC Dover, an engineered soft goods company located in Dover Delaware. In addition, Mr. Lane serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Pelican Products Inc. located in Torrance California. Mr. Lane is a graduate of Syracuse University.
Matthew graduated from the University of Miami, School of Business Administration. Matthew has worked on the development of multiple lifestyle hotels, both ground up and renovation. He has been on the opening team of numerous lifestyle boutique hotels throughout New York City. He has gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and understanding for operations, as well how to instill revenue driving management techniques while maintaining superior levels of hospitality, guest satisfaction and profitability.
