Welcome to The Lindy Lab, purveyors of vintage swing dancing in the Raleigh/Durham Triangle area and hosts of a Thursday night swing dance! Come join us on Thursdays (see schedule below) from 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at Empower Dance Studio for social dancing – East Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Balboa, Charleston, Collegiate Shag, whatever moves you when the music swings!
While we rebuild our community from the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not having weekly dances, but will host dances on these Thursday dates in 2023:
