I was nominated for 3 Kent Health and Beauty Awards in 2022, and am very pleased to say that I came away from the awards ceremony with 4 awards (Contribution to the Community, Complementary Health Practitioner, Health and Wellbeing Champion of the Year, and unexpectedly an Inspired Achievement Award). I have worked alongside the Look Ahead charity and their domestic abuse clients, and raised £315 which enabled 20 victims of domestic abuse to access some free yoga.
