I call myself The Moody Doula to open up a conversation about hormones and how they influence the way we feel. I'm a full spectrum doula for a full spectrum of moods, supporting humans with hormones.
I believe that our hormones are deeply linked to our emotions and that understanding this connection can help us navigate the highs and lows of fertility, birth and postpartum. I would love to support you during every hormonal phase of your life, especially the moody ones.
