The Planet School began operations in 2022 and we plan to begin offering our full semester program starting in the fall of 2024. Until then, we will be offering after-school programs and we are working on a fall 2023 class offering in partnership with Bozeman Public Schools for students to design and build our second annual Haunted Jail and earn high school credit. Students spend their semester answering this question through the construction and management of the school itself. Students work alongside world-class faculty to operate and expand the school’s physical and human systems, starting with a relatively barren plot of forested land in Year One.
