Therapeutic massage is offered, into which is woven sports massage, craniosacral therapy and/or lymphatic drainage, depending on what the client's body needs in that moment to be able to support a path back to increased function with reduced discomfort.
Craniosacral therapy and lymphatic drainage are also offered independently. These two modalities are different tools to allow the body to clear tension and help the body's fluids to move more freely again, as they were designed to originally supporting natural detoxification and homeostasis. They are both light touch, yet powerfully effective options.
