Description: Central Oregon Community College (COCC) Foundation's purpose is to exist exclusively for the benefit of Central Oregon Community College, its faculty and students in the furtherance of the educational and charitable activities of the College. The Foundation scholarships help provide access to postsecondary education to members of the community who otherwise may not have the financial means to fulfill their educational goals.
