The Weekend Cakesmith was born out of his own need to indulge in Cakes which were like comfort food and nothing too sweet and also without the most commonly used refined flour and refined sugar as the ingredients. What started as an attempt to satisfy one's own hunger pangs slowly got across to other friends and won their approval and evolved.
Tried the Spiced Carrot Apple walnut combo and the Cappuccino Pistachio, both were amazingly delicious and healthy (free from refined flour and sugar) Theweekendcakesmith the best in town!!!
