We require air, water, food, shelter and sleep. We seek safety, the company of others, purpose, and gratification. We use money as a means of exchange for these things.
We use money to buy goods and services, to heat our home, to pay for our food. Money is neither good nor bad, it is a way of giving one thing and receiving another in return. The acquisition of money can be through work, inheritance, theft, the application of intellect, gambling, the sale of body or possessions, and in future the sale of mind.
