Thousand Oaks Ministries Inc. is a non-profit organization which began in 1990 in a coffee shop. Several residents from the Plum Coulee area got together to share and enjoy music at the local coffee shop. Due to overwhelming interest, the music nights had to be moved a few times. They are now held bi-weekly in Winkler, Manitoba, at the P.W.Enns Centennial Concert Hall. The general public is welcome.
