I have multiple chronic conditions and have been having trouble finding an app to track my symptoms quickly and easily. This app checks almost all the boxes, and I am excited to incorporate it into my health journey. I especially love the inclusion of a “questions for my doctor” tag. I have a couple feature requests that would add critical functionality for me: 1.
