Kim is super sweet and professional. Brought in pants to get hemmed - got it back within a week or less. 2nd time, brought in pants to get the waist opened up. The waist was so tight and needed at least 1 inch; however, she warned me that she could only 1/2 an inch. When I got it back, she came through again! She worked her magic and got it in time for a wedding!

She's so good! And friendly :) I came here to get my jeans taken in- they were boot cut and I wanted them altered into skinny jeans and she did an amazing job! I thought it was kind of pricey but I realized it takes a lot of work to alter the jeans so drastically. I will probably come here again in the future when I need something altered.
