I am a bodyworker, counselor, dancer, and passionate explorer of embodied healing working in the Triangle area of North Carolina.
I work with clients 1:1 with touch and movement through my bodywork practice and with somatic and creative inquiry through my mental health counseling practice. As a dance teacher , I build individual and community resilience through group movement classes. My background as a dance artist infuses all of my work with an appreciation for beauty, imagination, deep feeling, and creativity.
