We select our raw materials from well managed forests and aim to use every possible piece of trunk by converting all into highest possible value products. We start up with limited A quality defects free elements for high-end furniture as solid panels, limited edition chairs, etc. Then we run mass economical class flow in which finger jointed A/B grade products. Importance of sheds for 3000-4000m3 of fresh sawn cut to size elements is not questioned. Fact that we dry the wood only ourselves to ensure stable and persistent quality, right drying process affects homogenous colours of wood and is important part in our steps to high levelled quality standard. Each fresh sawn bundle is barcoded (pic of label from printer with date, etc data is demanded) and time to kiln dry is managed in right way by taking into account terms for air drying.
Normally from one grade raw fresh raw materials we sort our elements after first calibration into 6-7 grades. We aim to manage sorting even by lighter and darker colours so our final products are truly homogenous. Taking care of 6 planing machines in the factory is not an easy task, but we are proud of how we manage them to play our production music.
