Some 25 years have passed since I earned my living as a bellboy at luxurious Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. I have certainly aged in that quarter-century, but how has Munich changed, and what will it be like living in one of Europe's most beautiful cities after more than a decade of full-time living on an Adriatic island in Croatia?
