Craik is a vibrant, progressive and friendly “small town” community located in the heart of the prairie grain belt in south central Saskatchewan. It was agriculture that brought settlers to the area in the early 1900’s and Craik was incorporated as a town on August 1, 1907, well over 100 years ago!
There is a tremendous amount of excitement in the Craik community as we look at the past few years and forward to this year, and beyond! Our community is neatly situated along Louis Riel Trail (Highway 11) roughly half way between Regina and Saskatoon and is only a 40 minute drive from Moose Jaw making it easily accessible to all 3 major centres.
Craik was incorporated as a town in 1907 and has remained a strong, vibrant community throughout the years. Our school, our hospital, our RCMP depot, our business community, our neighborhoods have all been here for many years and continue to be an integral part of our ‘home’ town.
