My name is Letitia and I want to share my journey with you. What you read here will be a raw and honest description of my fight to recover from Transverse Myelitis (TM). Having said that, please be warned that you may find occasional expletives used while expressing how I felt during some of the low points in my recovery experience.
I will open up to you how I felt/feel about everything from my hospital stay, personal hygiene, doctor visits, physical therapy frustrations, returning to work, friends, relationships, holiday seasons, family and much more.
TM is a life changer! It turned my world upside down! But I am here to tell you that you can survive and you can recover……..
