On July 17th 1996, Barry Donadio was one of the first responding Emergency Medical Technicians that responded to the crash of TWA Flight 800 on the night of the incident. He was a member of the East Moriches Community Ambulance. 17 years after the crash, Donadio published his first book "TWA Flight 800 First Responder Witness Account". Donadio led events for persons effected by the crash to various memorial sights and the U.S. Coast Guard Station where he responded to attempt to save victims of the plane crash 20 years before. Donadio briefed a small group about the undertakings on the night of the disaster.
