Living here is worth it because of maintenance staff like Nigel. He is the friendliest, most helpful staff member I’ve come across in all the places I’ve lived. All of the maintenance staff are like this at Twin Oaks! They are the backbone of this great community and why I enjoy living here.
The building is one of the best values in the city from what I have seen. The apartments, common areas and grounds are well maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive and the units have central A/C which is fantastic in the summer.
