The Urban Superintendents Association of America (USAA) is a professional superintendents-only organizations that serves the interest of public school superintendents who preside over small and medium-size urban school districts in the United States. These districts serve all of the children within their legal boundaries, without limitation for race, background, income level, or disability.
We believe that the public schools of America constitute the single most democratic institution in each community, and that their success is dependent upon the full support of community leaders, business leaders, and political leaders.
USAA members are professional educators who believe that all children can learn , and have devoted their lives to this concept.
