Meet Katie Roe Katie Roe is the founder and executive director of Upper West Side PHX. In response to the growing demand by residents for upscale shops and restaurants, Katie started Upper West Side PHX to advocate for the community. She jokes that it all started because “she just wanted a Postino she could walk to!” In 5 years, with the help of Kristi, Amy, and community ambassadors, she has grown her following to 30,000+ local supporters, showing that there is strong interest in development in the NW Vall
