The Vermont State Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (VSSDAR) is a non-profit, non-political volunteer women’s service organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and securing America’s future through better education for children. VSSDAR was founded in 1892, just two years after the National Society. Today we have 13 chapters all across the state, from Brattleboro to the Northeast Kingdom.
