The legend has it that Vila Vilma was built by affluent locals who owned several properties nearby. They lived in material abundance, but for a long time could not have children. They swore to build a house as a sign of gratitude if God would grant them a child. Shortly after their wish came true and almost a hundred years ago, a romantic house was built on this spot, which later became the home of their daughter Vilma.
