Ireneusz (Eric) Karaban had his first bees at the age of 15 in a small town in Poland. He established that beekeeping was not only a hobby, but a passion as well. After several years of beekeeping, he was forced to give up his bees so he and his family could move to the United States. Several years after he settled, he decided to return to what he did best. His hobby slowly converted into a part of his occupation as he saw his potential grow. Him and his wife Wioletta (Viola) officially made Eric's hobby a
